As a Systems Engineer you will bridge the gap between Systems Administrators and Systems Architects, tackling advanced technical challenges while shaping and implementing cutting-edge solutions. You'll have the chance to optimize IT infrastructure, ensure reliability, and develop scalable systems that make a meaningful impact. We're looking for someone with expertise in network infrastructure and security, a knack for problem-solving and analysis, and standout communication and teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure Manage and support OT related systems for maximum up time and reliability Maintain and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability Assist in the development and deployment of new technologies and solutions. Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems Collaborate with Systems Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution Perform regular system audits and generate reports on system health and performance Interface with vendors and stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality Requirements: Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)) preferred 3+ years experience in IT systems administration and engineering required Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, Azure Local) #LI-AI1 #INDEED-DNI Come and join our Sparkling team!
