&I Coordinator

Purpose of the Role
The E&I Coordinator supports the delivery of electrical and instrumentation activities across assigned projects by completing routine technical tasks, assisting with documentation, and supporting field coordination. This role contributes to Worley's purpose of delivering a more sustainable world by helping ensure that electrical and instrumentation work is planned, documented, and monitored in alignment with quality, safety, and sustainability expectations. As Worley bridges traditional and emerging energy solutions, the E&I Coordinator plays an important part in supporting project execution that maintains asset integrity and enables long-term, responsible project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Assists with the preparation of basic plans, drawings, simple designs, material lists, or calculations for electrical and instrumentation work in accordance with established codes, standards, and project specifications.
* Supports routine field surveys, inspections, and verifications related to E&I activities, contributing to safe and responsible installation practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Helps track and organize E&I documentation, reports, and progress records to maintain alignment with customer requirements, regulatory expectations, and Worley's Environmental Management System.
* Coordinates information between engineering, procurement, construction, quality, and project management to support clear communication and accurate execution across E&I tasks.
* Participates in training across office, plant, field, or laboratory environments, developing a foundational understanding of how E&I work supports sustainable and well-managed project delivery.
* Applies basic knowledge of electrical and instrumentation principles to support routine tasks while following established procedures and adhering to Worley's safety and sustainability standards.
* Communicates clearly with supervisors, peers, and project stakeholders, sharing observations, presenting findings, and supporting collaborative decision-making.
* Utilizes introductory knowledge of E&I systems, tools, and digital platforms while learning new processes that support Worley's data-centric and innovation-driven approach.

Qualifications / Skillset
* University degree in a related field, or an equivalent technical or trade qualification with relevant training and experience supporting electrical or instrumentation work.
* Foundational understanding of electrical or instrumentation principles developed through academic coursework or hands-on trade experience.
* Ability to follow clearly defined procedures and apply basic technical judgment to routine tasks, with awareness of when to seek guidance for accuracy and alignment.
* Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to complete routine tasks with accuracy and consistency.
* Clear communication skills with the ability to convey basic technical or coordination information to peers, supervisors, and stakeholders.
* Basic familiarity with E&I systems, tools, or software, with a readiness to learn more advanced systems used in data-centric project environments.
* Ability to work under close supervision while developing technical competence and professional judgment in a structured learning environment.
* Commitment to Worley's sustainability objectives by supporting disciplined E&I coordination that contributes to safe, reliable, and efficient project execution.
