At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for a talented and competitive Inside Sales and Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This critical role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry. Primary Duties
* Provide top notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships. * Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email. * Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases. * Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and/or assisting with installation questions. * Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails. Qualifications
Qualified candidates will have proven inside sales and customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to make independent decisions, be a self-starter are critical. Education / Experience
Mechanical aptitude, call center experience, and an associates or bachelor's degree in related field, is preferred. Some travel may be required. Spanish speaking skills preferred #SuperATV #LI-BM1 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $18.51 to $21.78. This role is also eligible for a bonus. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate. As a Dorman US contributor, you (and eligible dependents, as applicable) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid time off (sick/vacation), and Paid Parental Leave. U.S. employees are entitled to paid holidays, floating holidays, and paid time off starting in their first year of employment depending on hire date.
