Bring your love of aquatics and member service to a team that's all about safe, happy, high-energy pool time. As a Lifeguard, you'll keep our pools sparkling an our swimmers smiling. What you'll do
- Be the pool pro: Safeguard the water and deck, enforce rules with a friendly, professional vibe, and stay alert at all times.
- Jump in when needed: Perform rescues and provide first aid/CPR/AED care; complete all required reports.
- Keep it clean & clear: Test water, adjust chemicals (as certified), and log records; maintain the pool, deck, and pump room.
- Own the member experience: Greet members and guests, answer questions, and support programs; enforce the aquatics schedule.
- Support programs: Conduct swim tests for patrons/youth and help with equipment setup, checks, and reporting.
- Train & grow: Attend required meetings and trainings; follow all safety, service, and emergency procedures.

Position Requirements
- Required: Current Lifeguarding certification (with professional rescue).
- Required: Current CPR/AED certification.
- Preferred: Pool Operator's certification and ~6 months in an aquatics setting.
- Working knowledge of pool operations, first-aid practices, and emergency procedures.
