Job Description

We are currently hiring a Full Time T&E Coordinator* in Boston, MA

*A Hybrid position at Boston Beer requires that our coworkers reside within commuting distance to be onsite according to their teams' weekly schedule.

The T&E Coordinator position is responsible for timely processing of travel and entertainment ("T&E") expense reports, ensuring policy compliance. This position also supports the American Express ("AmEx") corporate card program management and projects in the T&E area.

What You'll Brew:



  • Shared responsibility of reviewing and processing T&E expense reports, while enforcing policy compliance and documentation accuracy
  • Review and process regular payment runs to coworkers and AmEx, ensuring accurate payments
  • Shared responsibility of managing the company's AmEx corporate cards program, reviewing and approving new card applications, and tracking and closing accounts for terminated coworkers
  • Resolve coworker T&E or corporate card issues and inquiries on a timely basis, and help educate on expense reports best practices and policy details
  • Manage delinquent accounts and assist with AmEx corporate card account reconciliations
  • Perform month-end financial close tasks, including airfare reconciliation and journal entry posting
  • Participate in identifying and implementing policy updates and process improvements
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for review of T&E and AmEx activities
  • Support the accounting team's ad hoc projects

Minimum Qualifications:



  • Tech-savvy; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, detailed tasks with differing priorities and deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical approach to problem solving, ability to examine problems from different perspectives and contexts
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics and business concepts


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Strong customer service mentality
  • Interest in learning about accounting


Level: 8IC

In accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $28.72-$34.40 per hour. However, it's important to note that where the person hired starts in this range is dependent on their related experience, skillset and location.
