*Job Description* We are seeking *two experienced Epic-certified consultants* (Cupid and Radiant) to provide project and operational support. At least one consultant must have strong expertise in *Interventional Radiology (IR)* and *Cath Lab* workflows.
*Role One* * Provide *Cupid/Radiant backfill support* while the existing team focuses on Lumens and Einstein implementations. * Deliver *lights-on support* for Cupid and Radiant, including ticket resolution. * Assist a growing team of new analysts-extensive knowledge is highly valued. * *Preferred:* Strong experience in Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab. *Role Two* * Ideally certified in both Cupid and Radiant, with deep expertise in *IR and Cath Lab*. * Act as the *subject matter expert* for invasive-related build, including complex charging and shadow charting. * Complete remaining build tasks for Einstein implementation. * Conduct *knowledge transfer* to strengthen team capabilities. *Core Responsibilities* * *System Management:* Configure, build, and maintain Epic Cupid and Radiant modules. * *Issue Resolution:* Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system and data issues. * *Project Leadership:* Manage or co-manage Cupid/Radiant-related projects. * *Requirements & Design:* Gather requirements, design solutions, and develop specifications. * *Testing:* Create and execute comprehensive test plans for new configurations and updates. * *Collaboration:* Work closely with clinical staff, IT teams, and stakeholders. * *Documentation:* Maintain detailed records of configurations and workflows. * *Training:* Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to team members. *Required Skills & Qualifications* * *Epic certification* in Cupid and Radiant. * Strong understanding of cardiology and radiology workflows. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong verbal and written communication abilities. * Project management experience. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $85.00/hr.
