We are looking for a hardworking and reliable person to join our team in our Manufacturing facility in Bridgewater, MA. The purpose of the role is to perform a variety of duties within our Refinery and to be trained in the other daily operations required while ensuring best-practice standards in the delivery of our final product. The employee undertaking this role will be trained in the following responsibilities: Melting and smelting operations Maintain acceptable levels of output with all processes of melting operation. Final metal barring and granulation work daily Polishing metal bars to meet company standards and quality control measures Operations of stamping and serializing products Learn and operate all machinery required to complete all elements of the role Assisting in the development & refinement of quality control and safety processes The ideal candidate will possess the following: Excellent attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork Excellent attendance and the ability to work overtime when needed. Physical fitness, as this role, involves manual handling, lifting up to 50lbs, and will have you standing most of the day. Successful candidates must pass pre-employment drug and background check.
