About the Role
This opportunity is within the St. Pierre USA team, which is part of Grupo Bimbo.St. Pierre a fast-growing, insurgent premium brand in the in-store bakery category with the backing of the world's largest bakery company. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, data-driven operator who can optimize sales processes, deliver actionable insights, and enable our sales team to execute flawlessly with major US grocery retailers. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy, digs deep into data, and turns complexity into clarity.
What You'll Do
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data from multiple sources (retailer POS, syndicated data like IRI/Nielsen, and systems such as 84.51 and Vendor Portals).
  • Develop dashboards and reports tracking KPIs: revenue, trade spend ROI, forecast accuracy, and promotional performance.
  • Distill data into key points and actionable decisions for both sales colleagues and sales & commercial leadership.
Forecasting & Planning
  • Support account teams with accurate sales forecasting, trade spend planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Maintain and optimize sales tracking systems to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
Process Optimization
  • Identify bottlenecks in sales operations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with retailer vendor requirements (EDI transactions, ORAD on-time delivery standards, item data setup via Salsify).
Sales Enablement
  • Create tools, templates, and training materials to improve selling effectiveness and storytelling for account managers.
  • Partner with Category & Insights to integrate data-driven narratives into customer presentations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align operational processes and ensure flawless execution.
Technology & CRM Management
  • Maintain CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) for pipeline tracking, quota management, and incentive plan administration.
  • Support implementation of sales tools and automation for reporting and analytics.
What You'll Bring
  • 3-5+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations within CPG/FMCG or grocery retail.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with syndicated data (Circana, Nielsen) and retailer-specific systems (ie 84.51, Luminate, EDI Compliance).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude-comfortable working in ambiguity and driving initiatives independently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with trade spend management and vendor compliance programs.
Why Join Us
  • Be part of a disruptive brand redefining the in-store bakery experience.
  • High-impact role with autonomy and visibility-your insights will shape retailer strategy and brand growth.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced culture where initiative is rewarded.
