$82,000 - $100,000/year Position Summary: The Director of Enhanced Family Foster Care actively serves in a leadership capacity within the program and oversees the day-to-day supervision of the supervisors. The Director is expected to function in a leadership capacity that facilitates effective transitioning to the new contracts, stakeholder engagement and marketing of the new programs, policy and procedure development, build capacity, foster sustainability of new contract awards and respective models' programs. The Director of Enhanced Family Foster Care promotes and ensures enhancements in program functioning and service delivery for improved quality of services. The Director provides oversight of the case management to ensure model fidelity, performance evaluation and consistency of service delivery that aligns with child welfare mandates and facilitates positive outcomes for families. Masters of Social Work (required)
Experience
Master's degree in social work or a related field required; plus, minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a foster care program. (required)
