Digital Workplace Sr. System Engineer (VMware Horizon / Virtual Environment Specialist)Location: On-site, Indianapolis Overview This role plays a primary role in supporting, managing, and advancing AES's VMware Horizon View virtual desktop environment, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability across our global enterprise. Hands-on experience in VMware Horizon View, FSLogix, and App Volumes in an enterprise environment is required for this position. Beyond virtualization, the role supports end-user computing technologies that span device management systems, end-user hardware, and printers, providing a consistent and secure user experience that meets AES's global standards for performance, supportability, and data protection. This position is responsible for endpoint configuration management including PCs, tablets, and phones, as well as application deployment, client virtualization, process development, and printer management.
