Who We Are Looking For



Under the general direction of the Embedded Intelligence Services division, the Intelligence Analyst II will support the analytical needs of client engagements. The analyst will work directly with the client, their manager, and other Crisis24 colleagues to produce intelligence analysis addressing client-specific requirements and support client programs.



The analyst will operate in a hybrid capacity and be located at the client's Atlanta, GA, office (preferred) or Crisis24's Annapolis, MD, office (second preference); however, remote work may be possible. Occasional travel may be required.



This position is a five-month contract-with the potential for permanent employment-to cover for an analyst on an extended leave of absence.



What You Will Work On




  • Monitor and analyze global events to identify and assess threats to the client's specific international operations, assets, and personnel, to include the creation of and contribution to customized intelligence products
  • Actively monitor open-source media, social media, third-party subscription services, and other sources in real-time for issues that could affect business operations and personnel
  • Conduct due diligence assessments on organizations and people
  • Develop and produce product(s) capturing major incidents affecting business continuity and personnel safety
  • Provide written reports and verbal briefs on in-depth analytical products
  • Provide location-based reporting as requested by the client
  • Liaise with the client to better understand their requirements and concerns and understand the client's operational footprint
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Crisis24 products and services to serve client interests, track and report metrics around production and deliverables
  • Other intelligence duties as assigned



Who You Will Work With



Under the general direction of their Crisis24 manager, the analyst will work with two other intelligence analysts (one based in Singapore, and one based in London) that are assigned to this specific client. The analyst will also work closely with a world-class intelligence, security, and resilience program of a Fortune 100 company. The analyst will take direction from both Crisis24 management as well as from the client.



What You Will Bring




  • 2+ years of experience in intelligence analysis, threat assessment, incident response, security operations or a related field required
  • Bachelor's degree required in relevant field required; master's degree preferred
  • Exposure to critical thinking, risk analysis, and incident management
  • Intelligence gathering, analysis, and alerting experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills, especially in person and over the phone; ability to communicate across varying professional levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
  • Accurate typing skills required
  • Ability to take initiative and multi-task under pressure
  • Effective problem-solving and time-management skills
  • Foreign travel and experience
