Air Transport International (ATI) is an experienced supplemental carrier with the ability to reach across the globe. Purpose:

Maintain the company inventory both physically and within the company computer system to ensure all information is accurate and shows real time/near real time data. Ensure the handling of all materials is done in compliance with company and regulatory standards. Work with on site maintenance teams to ensure required materials and supplies are kept in stock in a fashion that supports the continued operations of the Company. Work with other Station Coordinators to ensure the resolution to any issues that may arise. Support the Company by performing assigned tasks outside of what would be considered "standard" duties.


Job Functions:

  • Enter all transactions with regards to Materials into the company computer system. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping, receiving, putting away, issuing, turning in and cycle counting inventory. (NOTE: Inventory includes, parts, raw stock, supplies, tooling and equipment, et.al.)
  • Complete quarterly (or on demand) cycle counts of stations and FAK's as required by Management or compliance.
  • Maintain the facility in a manner that is compliant with OSHA, IATA, DOD, DOT and Company requirements. This would include, but not be limited to the storage of materials, the packaging of materials, the cleanliness of the facility, etc.
  • Assist other stations, when necessary, to maintain the ongoing support of the Company's materials needs. This may include, but not be limited to, Teams, phone calls or travel.
  • Assist Maintenance personnel (within the applicable scope) with any training they may need in the company computer system to ensure the correct data is being entered in a real time or near real time fashion, for the accurate reflection of the inventory of the Company's assets.
  • Ensure all shop supplies are kept in stock to support the maintenance of the aircraft as well as the maintenance of the facility
  • Any other duties as assigned by Management.


Position Requirements:



  • Ability to clearly communicate with customers and co-workers in written and oral environments
  • Stand, bend, and reach in order to maintain files, sit for extended periods of time and comply with ATI attendance requirements
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays if the need arises
  • Must be able to travel away from station for multiple days
  • Must possess a current driver's license
  • Must be able to complete hazardous shipping training and maintain qualification
  • Must have computer skills the Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the ability to learn and maintain the internal computer system


Preferred Job Skills:



  • Have a valid passport or the ability obtain one
  • Previous airline experience


Physical Requirements:



  • Employees are regularly required to, stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard.
  • Comply with ATI attendance requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
