What You Will Do as a Sales Training Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Training Intern to support our sales team by creating resources and conducting research that directly enhance sales effectiveness. This internship is ideal for a student interested in sales, marketing, and business development, with a focus on content creation and data-driven insights.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Sales Presentation Support: Create and maintain a central PowerPoint master deck that field sales representatives can use to pull slides for client presentations, ensuring consistency and up-to-date messaging.
  • Market Research: Identify and research untapped customers using key indicator data, providing actionable insights and lead recommendations for the sales team.
  • Assist in consolidating and organizing existing sales training and enablement materials.
  • Support ad hoc projects related to sales training, enablement, and content improvement as needed.

Skills for Success:

  • Currently in junior or senior year pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about sales, training, and business development, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative.
