Join us as our new SAP Transformation Support Assistant (Student Worker) !

Join our global S/4 Program and play a key role in supporting one of the most significant transformation initiatives in the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in program rollout activities, meeting organization and communication

You will join a Glabal Core Team of 150 people and support our Program Management Office of 15 people based in Denmark and the US.

Location: Nienburg (travel to Denmark required)

Duration: Minimum 3 months up to 6 months
Reporting Line: S/4 Lead - Americas

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Meeting & Event Coordination

  Organize and support internal and external meetings, workshops, and events Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items

• Travel Administration

  Assist with travel planning and logistics for team members and stakeholders Coordinate itineraries and support travel-related documentation

• Data Migration Support

  Collaborate with the data migration team to track and follow up on migration tasks Help manage data-related issues and ensure alignment with project timelines

• General Program Support

  Provide administrative and operational assistance to the S/4 Program team Support communication and documentation efforts across pilot sites

To succeed you must hold:

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proactive mindset with attention to detail

• Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations (US and EU)

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel internationally

• Proficiency in Office 365, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Up to 30% travel
