- Develop detailed documentation, visualizations, and presentations to communicate scientific and business impact.

Pre-Sales and Customer Engagement

- Support the pre-sales process by preparing and delivering technical demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept discussions.

- Collaborate closely with Field Application Scientists, Sales, and Customer Success Managers to align customer needs with QIAGEN's data solutions.

- Act as a scientific liaison, capturing and refining customer requirements to inform internal prioritization and delivery.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work with internal teams (Product Development, Engineering, Content Curation, and Marketing) to ensure customer feedback and requirements are clearly understood and delivered.

- Participate in review sessions to validate that internal outputs meet scientific and use-case expectations.

- Help create consistent messaging and materials that bridge customer value with product capabilities.

Thought Leadership & Collateral Creation

- Develop customer-facing materials such as white papers, use case summaries, and case studies that highlight successful implementations.

- Represent QIAGEN at conferences, webinars, and customer meetings as a scientific thought leader.

- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to align use cases with emerging trends in drug discovery and biomedical research.

- Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI-driven discovery tools is a plus.

Personal Requirements

- Excellent presentation and storytelling ability, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

- Experience collaborating with sales, product development, and field science teams in customer-facing roles.
