What You'll Do:


Leads and oversees material handling operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping raw and finished materials. Manages inventory control, kitting, work order distribution, and production line replenishment. Coordinates team tasks, prepares documentation, schedules daily pickups, and ensures smooth and efficient material flow.



  • Follows computer-based, printed, verbal, and written instructions in line with established procedures.
  • Verifies incoming materials by checking receipts against purchase orders, reporting any discrepancies or damage immediately.
  • Assigns proper lot locations to maximize storage and space utilization.
  • Performs pre-assembly tasks and ensures materials are accurately tracked through work orders and scanning.
  • Prepares finished materials for shipment and schedules pickups.
  • Operates internal/external computer systems, material handling equipment, and a straight-body truck for pickups and deliveries.
  • Supports inventory cycle counts, provides customer/internal information, and trains new employees; steps in for supervision when needed.


What We're Looking For :


  • High School Diploma or equivalent specific experience.
  • 5 years experience in material handling.
  • Experience with forklift operation.
  • Able to read and interpret written instructions to include Bills of Material. Knowledge of plant layout including locations of finished products and raw materials.
  • Knowledgeable on paperwork flow for shipping and receiving documents.
  • Hands-on experience supervising warehouse staff
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm Eastern Time

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The annual U.S. pay range for this positionis listed below. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits, including paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, company-paid life and disability plans, and matching 401k to eligible employees.
