Position Title: Operations Support Location: North Chicago, IL, 60064 Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday Work Arrangement: Onsite initially; transitions to hybrid (WFH Monday & Friday, onsite Tuesday-Thursday) Position Summary The Operations Support professional will provide essential operational and administrative support across departmental projects and broader division-wide initiatives. This role involves managing information flow, supporting project activities, coordinating schedules, and maintaining databases with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to deliver consistent, high-quality work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Track information and generate accurate, timely reports. Conduct research, document findings, and ensure appropriate follow-through. Support scheduling needs, including meeting coordination and calendar management. Maintain, update, and oversee database systems and related documentation. Assist with project-related tasks to support departmental and cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated proactive work style with the ability to meet deadlines, deliver accurate results, and consistently meet expectations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex or technical information. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks or projects effectively. Experience working with relevant software systems, scientific terminology, document review, and workflows within electronic submission systems is strongly preferred. Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor of Science degree strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
