Your role

Mission


Development of new, existing, and lost customers with Non-Atlas Copco Equipment. Work in collaboration with all aspects of Service Sales to support growth of service to competitive brands.

Perform all duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the internal and external customers.



Roles and Responsibilities


Sales Support (90%)



  • Support Service Sales on Competitor Equipment

    • Generate service plan and fixed price repair quotes for competitive equipment for SSMs
    • Regularly engage with service sales teams as needed to align on activities
    • Generate qualified leads for service sales teams

      • Mine install base for competitor lost boys

    • Update customer contact information in CRM to ensure accuracy

      • Ensure all details are included for service sales teams to provide an offer

    • Update competitor install base to accurately reflect business potential



Professional Development (10%) - Through training and experience, develop skills such as time management, customer relations, effective communication skills, data management, and other skills needed to be proficient in this role.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility


None



Experience


2 to 3 years of relevant experience in either a sales or technical role. Experience with multiple compressor brands is a plus.



Education


2-year Business, or Marketing degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Skills


Must be a self-directed team player, who has a positive attitude, and is customer success oriented. Must also have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Must be able to successfully manage multiple tasks and time management throughout the day.



Travel


Limited travel requirements. No more than quarterly visits to regional meetings.
