Our growing Hospitality Software Consulting Organization is looking for Application Consultants for our North America consulting practice. The role of Application Consultant requires extensive (75 - 90%) travel working within/and to promote a strong team environment to ensure successful software implementation. This role is client-facing, representing Infors commitment to training and product support while collaborating with professional services and support personnel to ensure quality product and service delivery. The ideal candidate should have previous hotel operations experience and/or casino-hotel experience capable of configuring, training and implementing primarily our property management system with the possibility of expanding to training on our full suite of hospitality products. This role will help Infor continue to expand its products within the Hospitality industry and more specifically hotels, and/or casino-hotels while delivering exceptional service. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Manage all aspects of on-site training and installation of Infor's hospitality property management software application and possibly other hospitality products. Conduct standardized training courses using Infor training documentation. Provide on-site transitional support of software installation go-live. Provide feedback to customer and Infor on training participants' progress. Provide timely communication of project status to customer and Infor. Prepare and complete all project related paperwork as defined by Infor. Adhere to project schedule including flights, training, meetings, conference calls, etc. and adhere to our company's principle-based management guidelines. Assist in creating and updating installation and training documentation. Maintain superior product knowledge and complete product competency certification. Must be bilingual in English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate formally with customers in Japan. Basic Qualifications: Presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Project management experience. Should be able to rent a car when necessary for transportation to project locations. Experience in hotel operations or casino-hotel operations. Experience including housekeeping, accounting, revenue management and ideal operations. Experience with PC operations, Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, and Microsoft Word and Excel applications. Hold or obtain a valid U.S. passport for potential international travel. Preferred Qualifications: Software application training experience. Resort and gaming operations experience.
