POSITION OVERVIEW:

Oversees enterprise communication and collaboration platforms, ensuring they deliver reliable and seamless support for business operations

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage enterprise communication and collaboration platforms, ensuring availability, secure configuration and alignment with business needs
2. Define and promote standards for productivity tool usage, integrations, and governance practices to enhance efficiency and security
3. Monitor system performance and user adoption metrics, implementing improvements to increase effectiveness and satisfaction
4. Partner with security, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure productivity tools meet compliance and enterprise policy requirements
5. Manage, lead, and develop a high-performing productivity tools team fostering technical growth, alignment, and continuous improvement
6. Perform other duties as assigned
7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, computer science, or related field
* Five (5) years of experience in enterprise IT applications or productivity platform administration
* Proven expertise managing tools such as email, messaging, chat, and collaboration suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Teams)
* Knowledge of identity and access management, integration standards and security compliance for productivity tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize tool performance and user experience
* Strategic thinking to align productivity platforms with business objectives and operational priorities
* Strong influencing skills to drive adoption of tools, standards and best practices across distributed teams
* Analytical skills for interpreting platform usage trends and recommending improvements to enhance user experience
