Senior Engineering Manager, Electronics and High Voltages Systems

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Low Voltage (LV) and High Voltage (HV) engineering teams. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and program execution across all electrical systems development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, proven leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation in power systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team.
    • Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Align team goals with organizational objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Technical Oversight
    • Provide technical direction for the design, development, and validation.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and customer requirements.
    • Review and approve engineering documentation, schematics, and test plans.
    • Oversee university collaboration agreements
  • Program Management
    • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple programs.
    • Collaborate with Program Management, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure successful product launches.
    • Support manufacturing plants as needed.
    • Manage risk and resolve technical issues throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Support customer engagements, technical reviews, and proposal development.
    • Drive innovation and technology roadmaps in alignment with strategic goals.
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of LV and HV architectures, components, and safety standards (e.g., ISO, UL, IEC).
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Demonstrated global management experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Passion for innovation

NOTE: The base pay hiring rate expected for this position is: $150,000-$175,000 annually. This position is eligible to participate in an incentive plan.Metrics and level of participation are determined annually.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
