Job Description:
Cydecor isseeking qualified technical personnel to join our team in partnership with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) under the Object Based Intelligence and Quality Assurance (OBIQUA) task order.
As an All-Source Analyst you will provide spatially enabled analytic support using intelligence and information from multiple sources to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conducting spatially enabled, all source analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Supporting DIA development of object-based intelligence (OBI) governance documentation and development of training for OBI practitioners.
- Applying DIA and IC Tradecraft standards, style, and editing standards and implement all guidance in OBI governance and reference documentation, training materials
- Using structured analytic techniques and methodologies to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to strengthen analytic assessments and arguments applied to governance and tradecraft documentation
- Correlating results into graphical, written, visual and verbal narrative products that adhere to analytic tradecraft standards, through DIA's Finished Intelligence product lines.
- Researching client needs and requirements and using this knowledge to synthesize intelligence narratives, enabling response to client needs
- Retrieving and analyzing information from various sources using existing and emerging DIA and IC capabilities in datasets, to develop analytic assessments.
- Integrating appropriate methods, processes, and workflows to bring multiple capabilities and multi-variant data into a coherent, tradecraft compliant, all source intelligence narrative
- Providing all source analysis enabled by data science methods and spatial data to meet OBI mission objectives
- Collaborating with the DIE and Agency Functional offices and associated command centers to ensure analytic consistency across stakeholders throughout the DIE on OBI governance and tradecraft related objectives
- Supporting DIA efforts to vet or validate existing or emerging programs and capabilities
- Additional duties as assigned
Here's what you need:
- 8+ years' experience conducting spatially enabled, all-source analysis using intelligence and information from diverse sources (classified and unclassified) to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues.
- An active, DoD-issued security clearance; must possess and maintain a TS/SCI
- Demonstrated knowledge of structured analytic techniques and methodologies to examine biases, assumptions, and theories.
- Ability to correlate analysis results into clear graphical, written, visual, and verbal narratives.
- Knowledge of DNI analytic tradecraft standards, including DIA's Finished Intelligence product lines.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
- Bachelor of Science from accredited, four-year institution.
Desired:
- Master's degree and 12 years of relevant experience in all-source analysis using intelligence and information from diverse sources with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Possesses the Intelligence Fundamentals Professional certification for all source analysts
