Shift: Day Shift, Monday - Friday (8 AM-5 PM)

  • Diploma or GED required; admin certification preferred
  • Must pass a typing test (minimum of 35 WPM required)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Prior experience in a professional office setting
  • Team player who can also work independently

  • Create and manage spreadsheets to track customer data and orders
  • Convert physical documents into digital records
  • Verify and update outdated or incorrect information in databases
  • Operate standard office equipment (scanners, printers, etc.)
  • Conduct file searches and investigate data discrepancies
  • Perform regular database backups and ensure data integrity and security
  • Support special projects and ad hoc data entry tasks as assigned
