We are excited to offer a *NEW* Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the Mortgage Industry.

The Loan Officer Accelerator Program (LOAP) is a structured, full-time development program that prepares motivated candidates for a career as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Participants begin as Loan Officer Assistants (LOAs), receive hands-on training in the mortgage process, and transition into a licensed LO role within 12-18 months based on performance.

This role is ideal for early-career candidates and recent grads.

Training & Development

  • Complete structured training in mortgage processing, origination, compliance, and sales
  • Shadow experienced LOs and assist with real client scenarios
  • Participate in performance checkpoints and coaching sessions

Loan Officer Assistant Duties

  • Assist Loan Officers with borrower communication and loan file preparation
  • Collect, review, and verify financial documentation
  • Enter and maintain accurate loan data in internal systems
  • Track appraisals, title work, and required verifications
  • Prepare pre-qualifications and pre-approvals
  • Maintain compliance with all lending regulations

Transition to Loan Officer

  • Build and manage a personal client pipeline
  • Analyze borrower eligibility and recommend loan products
  • Guide clients through the application process through closing
  • Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Ability to obtain NMLS mortgage license (BOE will support this)

This is a full-time position with typical business work hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, some over-time may be required. This is an non-exempt position.
