As a Security Professional - Office Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for tenants and visitors. You will remain highly visible, conduct routine patrols, and respond promptly to incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will use company or client vehicles as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and report any irregularities.
• Observe and report any suspicious, unusual, or prohibited activities within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of all activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Support access control procedures and monitor entry and exit points as required by site-specific protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
