Position Details: As part of the ADHD and Behavior Disorders Centerteam, you will report to the Operations Manager, Clinical Programs. You will provide administrative support for CMI's Summer Program for children with ADHD, Oppositional-Defiant Disorder, and related challenges. This role ensures smooth program operations, including staff recruitment and departmental onboarding, patient enrollment coordination, training and program material preparation, and program tracking. The Program Coordinator serves as a central point of contact for families, internal teams, to maintain efficiency throughout the program. This is a part-time, non-exempt position scheduled for 20 hours per week, with hours that may fluctuate based on the needs of the program. The role requires a minimum of two (2) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor in our NYC headquarters office or other relevant location. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization. In-person office presence is required during pre-program preparation weeks, all four program weeks (July 6-31), and post-program wrap-up. During program weeks, this role requires 40 hours per week of in-person work to support daily operations and program coordination. You Will:
