Schedule: Monday through Friday, regular business hours Location: Onsite, near Tempe/Chandler border Description * Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers. * Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters. * Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment. * Follow established billing and collections procedures. Qualifications * 2-3 years of experience with Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred. * 2- 3 years of restoration industry knowledge * Insurance claims experience is required. * Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred. * Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Outstanding organizational, time management and follow-up skills. * Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Bilingual preferred, but not required. * Strong communication skills * Driver's License. #prioritywest25Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
