This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the wedding industry who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional events.

What You'll Do:

• Drive catering revenue with a primary focus on weddings and social events

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain a strong booking pipeline

• Lead client meetings and site tours, crafting personalized proposals that wow

• Collaborate with our Director of Sales and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution

• Represent Embassy Suites at bridal shows, community events, and industry networking opportunities

• Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media and promotional materials

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in event or wedding sales (hotel experience preferred)

• A proven ability to build relationships and close sales

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Flexibility with scheduling; typically working Tuesday-Saturday

• Valid driver's license and insurability for occasional travel
