Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manage and complete assurance and consulting reviews associated with key operational processes and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of ICE's exchange and clearing operations.
  • Manage all aspects of audit cycle including audit planning, execution and reporting.
  • Complete and maintain risk assessments and annual audit plans.
  • Communicate key information and findings clearly and effectively to Stakeholders and Management.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft audit reports and conduct exit conferences with management.
  • Liaise with various regulators as required.
  • Manage and develop personnel.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher required with a commitment to maintaining or obtaining appropriate professional certification (CIA, CPA, CFE, CISA or CRCM).
  • 7+ years of experience in internal audit or regulatory auditing.
  • Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with auditing within the finance industry.
  • Ability to travel 15-25 percent as needed.

Illinois Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in Illinois, is between $126,392 - 152,131 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.

New York Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $139,000 - 160,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
