Business Development Manager - Food/Grocery
Start: immediately in Rosemont, IL or REMOTE - United States / United States
Permanent position, Full-time The Business Development Manager (Grocery & Food channel) is responsible for directly managing and growing the strategic partnerships between HARIBO and the designated Customer group along with assigned Broker selling partners. The Business Development Manager will achieve and exceed projected key account sales for customer group (assigned food and grocery store chains) which are located within the western region United States (west of the Mississippi). The Business Development Manager will at least 3+ years of experience in strategic sales experience within the consumer packaged goods industry along with a Bachelor's Degree. Experience using IRI, Circana, Nielsen, or other syndicated sales data is required. Additionally, must have the ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally throughout the western United States up to 40% of the time, with overnight stays. Prior experience specifically selling into/calling on Grocery and/or Food retail chains is strongly preferred. This is a remote, field-based position. The ideal candidate will be located near a major airport and currently reside in the western half of the United States. Responsibilities

Compensation Target Hiring Pay Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually This pay range represents the min/max target annual base salary range HARIBO of America, Inc. may pay for this position at the time of this posting.
