We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven finance executive to lead our Strategic Finance function. This role oversees Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Business Partners (FBPs), and the Procurement group, and plays a critical role in shaping the company's long-term financial strategy, capital allocation, and business performance evaluation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with exceptional leadership and communication skills to drive financial insights that inform executive and board-level decision-making.

  • Requires a strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to stakeholders

  • Exceptional presentation and writing skills, the ability to convey a message that is understandable and relevant, linking business issues, financial results, and strategy.

  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting fundamentals and processes

  • Lead the strategic finance function, including team of finance business partners (FBPs), the finance planning & analysis (FP&A) team, and centralized procurement group.

  • Partner with executive leadership to evaluate business performance and investment opportunities.

  • Direct strategic financial planning, including long-term forecasting, capital allocation, and scenario modeling.

  • Direct budgeting, analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning processes.

  • Oversee and present financial analyses and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.

  • Lead centralized procurement development

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize profitability, operational efficiency, and risk management.

  • Ensure focus on critical KPIs

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing strategic finance team, including procurement, finance business partners, and financial planning and analysis functions.

  • Ensure alignment of financial goals with broader corporate objectives and growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a finance or accounting discipline

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

  • Hands-on leadership style with strong people development skills, including ability to motivate, recruit, develop and retain high potential people.

Pay Range:

$214,900.00 - $344,000.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
