School of Medicine, Department of Radiology Job Description
The University of Missouri's School of Medicine, Department of Radiology, is searching for a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join our team. Our seasoned team creates an excellent opportunity for experienced candidates, as well as those just getting started, post-fellowship. The University of Missouri neuroradiology imaging radiologists work in collaboration with three specialists from interventional neuroradiology. We have a strong working relationship with the Departments of Neurosurgery, Head and Neck Surgery, and Neurology, which provides a stimulating atmosphere through daily interactions during readout sessions and clinical conferences. In addition, we accept one fellow each year in our Neuroradiology fellowship program. Responsibilities may include:
Equipment is state-of-the-art and includes 2- 3T Siemens MRI scanners and 3 - 1.5T Siemens MRI scanners. 1.5 and 3T GE MRI Scanners. Additional 3T and 7T Siemens MRI scanners are at our new NextGen Precision Health imaging facility. We offer opportunities to assist in the department's growth, the education of students, residents, and fellows across eight radiology fellowship programs, including a Neuroradiology Imaging radiology fellowship, as well as research and scholarly activities.
