Oversees the enterprise-wide support of People & Culture (P&C) technologies by leading two key functions within the P&C Technology umbrella: P&C Technology Build (team of P&C Technology Analysts who are responsible for implementing and enhancing P&C tools and technologies within P&C ecosystem) and P&C Technology Run (P&C Technology Specialists who handle the support and configuration of the P&C ecosystem as well as People Operations Coordinators, led by the Supervisor, P&C Technology and People Operations, who manage enterprise-wide preboarding). Owns the execution of the P&C Technology Roadmap, ensuring the high-quality execution of a comprehensive P&C Technology strategy. Collaborates with stakeholders and provides guidance to the overall People & Culture team while leveraging technology and P&C expertise. Key Responsibilities
