What to Expect The Construction Superintendent will work closely with members of the Project Management, Infrastructure Engineering, Quality Assurance, Workplace, and Facilities departments from initial site development through full operation. The Construction Superintendent will supervise all site development and construction including stormwater pollution prevention plan implementation, earthwork and grading, scheduling of trade contractors, utility infrastructure, core, shell, and paving. The Superintendent will ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedules and prioritizing safety. What You'll Do Manage all on-site construction activities for scope of responsibility Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals,jobsite personnel, and Project Manager Drive the project schedule and elevate construction issues to management Develop and communicate logistics and other operational plans necessary, including Quality Assurance Inspections Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations Perform daily and weekly site progress reports Maintain an organized, clean, & safejobsite.
