About The Role
Summary The Corporate User Enablement Designer - Commercial Lending plays a pivotal role in empowering users across Commercial Lending platforms. This position is responsible for designing and delivering enablement programs that support system adoption, process alignment, and user success. This individual serves as a strategic liaison between business leads and technical teams, ensuring that commercial systems, such as nCino and LaserPro, are effectively utilized. This role also leads onboarding initiatives, manages enablement content, and provides Tier 1 support to commercial leads across each division in the Glacier Bancorp footprint. This is a Corporate position which may be located at an available bank division location across our nine-state footprint in AZ, CO, ID, MT, NV, TX, UT, WA, or WY. The entry rate for this position is $114,301.58 + /year (calculated for Kalispell, MT). All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. WA Applicants ONLY pay range: $124,500.33 to $186,750.50 per year. Description Commercial Systems Enablement Leadership
- Design and deliver enablement programs for the Commercial Lending Process, including system workflows and process standards.
- Lead instructional sessions and demos for commercial users on new features and updates across platforms such as nCino, LaserPro, and other commercial systems.
- Develop and maintain enablement materials including recorded demos, job aids via ScreenSteps, and in-app guidance.Own the onboarding experience for new employees in Commercial Lending as it relates to the Universal Commercial Lending Process, ensuring comprehensive exposure to systems, processes, and compliance expectations.
- Coordinate acquisition enablement efforts to align new divisions with Commercial Lending standards and tools.
Enablement Content Management
- Maintain and update user-facing documentation in ScreenSteps and other repositories to align with Commercial Lending systems or process changes.
- Collaborate with video editors and corporate training teams to produce and refine training assets
Tier 1 Support for Commercial Leads
- Serve as the first point of contact for commercial leads, answering questions and resolving issues related to Commercial Lending workflows, system functionality, and enablement content.
- Facilitate office hours and peer support forums to promote knowledge sharing and issue resolution across the Commercial Leads group.
- Act as a bridge between the nCino Admin Team and Commercial Leads, translating business needs into system functionality and vice versa.
- Provide feedback to developers and system owners to improve usability and effectiveness
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date

Travel |

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
