Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the preparation, organization, and maintenance of compliance-related documentation
  • Track and monitor completion of required employee training, certifications, and licenses
  • Support internal audits by gathering documentation and tracking corrective actions
  • Provide administrative support for compliance investigations and initiatives
  • Partner with internal departments to ensure policy awareness and adherence
  • Maintain confidential records and ensure sensitive data is handled responsibly
  • Participate in the new hire orientation process by completing I-9 employment eligibility verification and ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory items to include, work authorizations and child labor
  • Perform additional compliance-related duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications Includes:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role that requires interpreting and applying policies, guidelines, or regulations, such as in HR, payroll, legal, finance, or academic administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., sorting/filtering data, basic formulas, formatting reports)
  • Demonstrated experience reviewing documentation or data for accuracy, completeness, or compliance with established standards
  • Experience organizing and maintaining electronic or paper records, preferably with confidential or regulated information.
  • Exposure to data entry, auditing, or reporting processes that required accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience identifying patterns, inconsistencies, or trends in data, files or reports summarizing findings in a clear, factual way.
