**Make a Monumental Impact as a Digital Media Campaign Strategist!**

**Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:**

* Lead the planning, execution, management, and optimization of end-to-end digital media campaigns.

* Master both upper-funnel brand messaging and lower-funnel direct response and conversion tactics.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams, including account management, sales, and advanced analytics, to define key metrics and measure campaign success.

* Demonstrate meticulous diligence and adherence to best practices throughout the entire digital campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale strategy to post-sale analysis.

* Organize and maintain campaign-specific materials within shared documentation repositories.

* Manage daily campaign operations, addressing internal and external inquiries regarding accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.

* Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with internal teams, serving as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional client service.

* Partner with trafficking teams to ensure accurate tag implementation and tracking for all campaigns.

* Develop and present compelling media plans for new client opportunities, leveraging strategic insights and industry best practices.

* Regularly consult with sales teams, providing data-driven insights on campaign performance, optimization opportunities, and new strategic avenues for clients.

* Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues across all pre-production and live campaigns.

* Provide comprehensive monthly audit reports to partners and manage bill/pay systems as needed.

* Utilize strong, fluid communication skills to articulate complex concepts cross-functionally

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* A Bachelor's Degree is required.

* 3-5 years of professional experience in end-to-end Digital Media Campaign Management.

* Proven experience managing day-to-day campaign operations, including addressing internal and external inquiries, monitoring accurate implementation, pacing, and performance.

* Extensive experience with Media Planning, including building media plans and a firm understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements.

* Hands-on experience across multiple digital media products and channels, such as Social, Display, Mobile, Search, Paid, and Programmatic.

* Experience in bid management, campaign management, campaign optimization, and digital media operations across search and display.

* Client-facing experience with the ability to identify risks, effectively navigate issues, and regularly consult sales teams on performance insights, optimizations, and new opportunities.

* Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within integrated teams, partnering closely with account management, finance, sales, and advanced analytics.

* Strong analytical thinking, mathematical aptitude, and exceptional communication skills.

* Expertise in full-funnel media planning across diverse products and platforms.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

* Strong project management skills.

* Ability to advise partners on best practices and identify areas for opportunity.

* An enthusiastic approach to working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

* Experience using various project management tools and ad servers.

* Flexibility to provide after-hours support on a rotational basis.
