As a Supervisor, Inside Sales Rep Support at RXO (RXO Extra), you'll build and lead a high performing inside sales team by implementing and managing overall sales strategies. You'll also oversee performance reporting as it relates to department goals and objectives. This role is fully on-site and based at our headquarters llocated at 11215 N Community House Rd, Charlotte, NC.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead and manage a team of Fuel and Factoring Account Executives to drive revenue growth.

  • Meet new account acquisition and margin targets for Fuel and Factoring products.

  • Oversee all account and application escalations between Account Executives and third-party partners.

  • Develop metrics, reporting and analytics to increase team performance and output

  • Build strong relationships with key sales leaders, carrier reps and sales reps

  • Develop a strategy that consistently increases the sales pipeline, won/lost and realization performance

  • Implement and leverage inside selling tools, technology, and processes to deliver results

  • Facilitate onboarding for new Account Executives and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members.

  • Develop and implement new retention strategies to improve account longevity

  • Design CRM enhancements to streamline the AE's workflow.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience

  • 5 years of sales experience

  • Knowledge of general business practices related to sales; demonstrated ability to utilize data to make decisions

It'd be great if you also have:

  • 2 years of sales leadership or managerial experience

  • Salesforce.com or equivalent CRM experience

  • Fuel or Factoring/Financial Services sales experience

  • Demonstrated ability to reach or exceed sales goals and objectives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized work style with the ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Strong business/sales acumen with proven leadership abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel
