High school diploma or equivalent and 5 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with experience in computer science, data analytics, and/or research analysis is preferred.
Position Summary
This position will support the Assistant Dean of IESI in managing the embedded assessment database for the PharmD program, creating datasets and dashboards for data analytics, assessment data, conducting focus groups, preparing assessment reports, and analyzing course evaluations.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies

  • Strong skills in writing, grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with software used for data dashboard development and analytics (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Well-developed work ethic and knowledge of professional behavior.

Physical Demands

  • Operate computers, copier, fax machines, etc.
  • Light to moderate lifting.
  • Sitting in an office chair for long periods is common.

Manage and analyze assessment databases

  • Clean and manage datasets for use in dashboard development and statistical analysis (Enflux, Relative Insight).
  • Upload files for assessment plans, annual assessment reports, and documents related to the PharmD program.
  • Assist with assessment activities such as OSCEs, Benchmark Exams, Focus Groups, and faculty scholarship.
