Job Description

Nidec HVAC Aftermarket, a leader in innovative motor solutions, is looking for aMarketing Communications Co-Op to join our team. This is your chance to get hands-on experience with real projects, collaborate across teams, and make an impact in a global manufacturing company that keeps homes comfortable and energy efficient.

What You'll Do

• Helpimprove the ordering, inventory, and distributionprocess for promotional products.
• Organize and manage digital assets- photography, videos, graphics, and more - to keep our marketing materials fresh and easy to access.
• Collaborate with the e-business teamto provide and organize website content.
• Assist with printed literaturestorage and fulfillment process improvements.
• Support theMarketing Communications Manageron a variety of creative and organizational projects.
• Participate in team meetings and gain exposure to real-world marketing operations.

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled inMarketing, Communications, Business, or a related program.
• Strongwritten and verbal communicationskills.
• Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand familiar withsocial media platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable workingindependently and collaborativelyin a team environment.
• An interest inmanufacturing or industrial marketsis a plus (and yes, motors can actually be pretty cool).
