About the Role

The Director/Senior Director of Engineering Strategy and Operations is a vital member of the engineering leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across the global engineering organization. • Use data-driven insights to evaluate program outcomes and refine future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align field feedback with product improvements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Professional Services to define technical handoffs and ensure long-term customer success.
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for complex deployments and customer blockers.
