Job Title: Data Entry Operator Location: Georgetown, DE Contract Duration: 6 months Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (30-minute meal break) Job Description We are seeking a Data Entry Operator to support with managing resident records. The primary responsibility is to scan and enter medical, residential, activity, ancillary documentation, and demographic/profile information into the Client Data Management System (CDMS). Key Responsibilities: * Assist Health Information Management (H.I.M.) staff with transferring paper records into CDMS. * Ensure accurate and efficient data entry of residents' files, reports, and charts. * Perform self-monitoring checks to identify and correct data entry errors. * Maintain compliance with record-keeping policies and procedures. * Handle sensitive resident information with confidentiality and care. Required Skills & Qualifications: * Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Advanced organizational and time management abilities. * Familiarity with medical terminology and administrative processes. * Basic computer skills for scanning and managing electronic health records. * Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
