Security Analyst 100% Remote Skills: Primarily monitoring SIEM (Taegis) Researching troubleshooting tickets Microsoft Defender We are seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to join our cybersecurity team. This role was created following a recent acquisition to help monitor and secure the newly integrated systems during the transition period. The SOC Analyst will play a critical role in detecting, analyzing, and responding to security threats across our enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities * Monitor and manage security alerts and incidents through Taegis SIEM. * Work assigned tickets, ensuring timely investigation and resolution of security events. * Perform threat analysis and escalate issues as needed based on severity and impact. * Collaborate with internal teams to support integration of acquired company systems into our security framework. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
