Direct Placement 100% Remote, EST Hours We are seeking a Cloud Architect to design and implement enterprise-level cloud infrastructure solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) The ideal candidate will ensure scalability, compliance, and performance across academic and administrative systems. Key Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) * Advanced DBA skills and enterprise system support * Familiarity with compliance frameworks in education * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Nice to have: Migration & integration experience, AWS/Azure, automation Responsibilities: * Design and implement OCI-based solutions aligned with organizational goals * Assess current infrastructure and plan migrations to OCI * Develop strategies for scalability, compliance, and cost efficiency * Provide production support, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services * Lead legacy system migrations and establish best practices for data and application integration * Stay current with OCI advancements and drive digital transformation initiatives Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Syracuse, NY.
