Job Title CLO & Private Credit Services - Account Manager Corporate Title NCT- Vice President Location Santa Ana, CA or New York, NY (ALL ROLES TO BE CONSIDERED) Overview CLO & Private Credit Services was started back in 2000. Our staff of professionals provides trustee, calculation agent, collateral administration, and custodian services on over 400 SPVs both domestically and throughout Europe. The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients, the collateral managers of Collateralized Loan Obligations. You must have a deep understanding CLOs, ABLs, compliance test calculations, bank loans and other complex fixed income structures. You will provide oversight of day to day operational/client service activities while monitoring controls such as overdraft reports, annual reviews, and outstanding deal compliance. What We Offer You

Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Santa Ana office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in California is $60,000- $141,275. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
