Join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician at our Tucson House location! We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Tucson House location. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of maintenance tasks across occupied and vacant units, common areas, and building systems. You'll ensure timely and high-quality service, coordinate make-ready units, diagnose and resolve maintenance issues, and uphold safety and operational standards. What You'll Do
Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues Manage service requests using property management software Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager Maintain schedules for apartment make-readies and ensure timely completion Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas for safety and cleanliness Respond to on-call emergencies and communicate with vendors as needed
What You'll Bring
Minimum three years of experience in property or building maintenance Valid driver's license and insurable driving record HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal certification required Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required Technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pools, carpentry, drywall, and appliance repair Ability to work independently and handle on-call emergencies
