MISSION: Plans and directs development/production engineering programs and projects concerned with unique and diverse problems which have an important effect on extensive engineering, business and product activities. Has full technical and financial responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments. Makes recommendations and decisions that have an important impact on engineering programs as well as the business of the company. These objectives are achieved in part interacting with Operational Managers within the plant. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Responsible for an important segment of the part engineering of support activity programs for the plant. The engineering programs contain critical problems, the solution of which requires technological advances and open ways for extensive related development. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $150000 to $190000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 3X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter
. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
