Description
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will support interview scheduling and candidate experience for salaried hiring across North America. This is a full time, temporary (6-12-month) contract position.

You'll Support Meaningful Work by:
Scheduling & Coordinating Candidate Interviews
  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for U.S. roles, including virtual and onsite interviews.
  • Coordinate calendars across multiple time zones and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate scheduling.
  • Confirm interview details with candidates and provide clear instructions for virtual or onsite participation.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and resolve conflicts proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline scheduling processes and enhance efficiency.
Creating Candidate Experiences
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Communicate consistently and promptly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
  • Solve logistical issues related to interviews, such as rescheduling or addressing technical challenges.
  • Handle travel-related logistics for interviews requiring candidate or interviewer travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Professional work experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, customer or client facing role
  • Demonstrates strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized and responsible with keen attention to detail
  • Passion for administrative work and a desire to create positive, seamless experiences
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Coordination
  • Experience with advanced email and software systems
