Boulder Ponds, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Community Life Assistant/Activities Assistant to join our growing team!

Boulder Ponds Senior Living recently opened in the spring of 2021 in Lake Elmo, MN. It is located right on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, right off highway 94. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 95-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Schedule: Full-Time - Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

Wage: $17.50-$22.50 wage is based on experience

As a Community Life Assistant, you will be responsible to assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:

• Facilitate group programs (large group and small group) as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
• Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
• Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
