Position Close Date: 12/03/2025 Position Summary: Volunteers of America Oregon's Community & Electronic Monitoring Program works in partnership with the Juvenile Services Division, courts, and other community-based providers to help support youth through tracking and monitoring in their community and/or home in lieu of incarceration. Role is responsible for monitoring youth referred into the program to ensure that conditions of release are being complied with, to assess the nature of the activities of the juvenile in the community, and to ensure public safety and that the youth returns to court. This position requires an extensive amount of driving throughout Multnomah County.
